Our Process

To ensure we provide the very best candidates for your organisation, we recommend an initial face to face meeting with one of our consultants. This enables us to fully understand your business, its culture, the role and the type of individual you are looking to recruit. We can then advise you regarding candidate availability, competitiveness of the remuneration package and the best approach for sourcing the right people. There are two key ways in which this can be achieved:

Contingency Approach

This method provides you with a selection of suitable CV’s drawn from our database, on a no placement, no fee arrangement. The specialist nature of our company means we use specific search and networking techniques to enhance the pool of suitable candidates for your role. This service differentiates us from our competitors and is outside the scope of a normal contingency agency.

Executive Search

In an increasingly competitive market, attracting the highest quality candidates requires specialist expertise. We are ideally placed to source this top tier talent through our executive search function, which is carried out as follows:

Client Briefing

Our consultants take time to fully understand the client’s business, goals and culture. Their specific and detailed requirements are determined and objectively analysed.

Market Mapping

All relevant candidates within target companies are identified. Each candidate is carefully assessed and those best suited to the role are discreetly approached. Candidates are screened through face to face meetings to ascertain their suitability.

Interview and Offer

A shortlist of suitable candidates is presented to the client and meetings with their chosen candidates are arranged. Feedback is efficiently processed and all relevant additional information is gathered. An offer is then delivered to the successful candidate, with consultants using years of experience to negotiate terms and minimise the possibility of a counter offer.
